You have to read and watch and listen to what connects with you. Not every book will resonate, not every podcast will inspire, not every story will move you the same way. The key is discovering the voices, visions, and narratives that speak to your unique leadership style and creative sensibilities. You might find inspiration in classical leadership texts, others in avant-garde artistic movements. Some are moved by intimate character studies, others by epic ensemble pieces. The magic happens when you find the intersection between what moves you personally and what serves your role as a creative leader.
